Default iPhone backup error, no code...help please :)
    Hi all.

    iPhone is driving me crazy.

iPhone 4 on 4.3.3 and looking To backup device.

iTunes is givin me an error. This iPhone can not be backed up because of error.

    I have:
Deleted back up files from system
    Deleted ipod cache in pics
    Uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes and restarted Pc
    Reset iPhone settings
    Rebooted iPhone
    Hard reset iPhone.
    Changed iPhone cable.

    Now still get error.

Have tried second Pc and get same error.

May be a device issue? Have the device jailbroken. Last successful backup 5 of October

This is one of the complicated problem, but I have seen the similar message when iTunes fail to backup iPhone due to any reason. You should upgrade your iPhone OS or firmware, i think it will really help you, However if you want to take backup of your iPhone then this time use some third party software tool, it is very easy to take backup using software.

When u say u deleted the file is it the file in iTunes Preferences? From there maybe u can create a new backup. If you want to keep a copy of your backup, you can move the backup file. The backup is located in the locations listed below.

    \ Users \ [username] \ AppData \ Roaming \ Apple Computer \ MobileSync \ Backup \

    To delete the backup file:
Open iTunes Preferences: Choose iTunes -> Preferences (Mac) or Edit> Preferences (Windows).
    Select the devices.
Select the backup device to be erased.
Click Remove Backup. iTunes will prompt you to confirm deletion of the backup. Click Remove Backup.
    Click OK.

    Lemme know if this works..
