screen fades to black and randomly reboots while tethered -5.0 tethered on iphone 4 gsm

i have an iphone 4 gsm on 5.0 tethered jailbreak with the semi tethered fix from cydia. just recently my phone has been randomly rebooting... i havent installed any new programs or tweaks than i normally would run and before a few days ago it was running fine. i was lucky enough to catch it once when it happened and the screen will slowly fade to black before it reboots with the apple logo to the non jailbroken firmware. this is sketchy to me// anyone ever had this happen? if so what was the cause? if u need some more info just ask me any help would be greatly appreciated

Note .. It only seems to do this so far while its plugged into my laptop at work. Battery at 100%. Strange

Same here, just updated to os5.01 and jailbroke it and since the. Every time I use personal hotspot ( or mywi5 as a matter Of fact) and start BitTorrent, the screen fades to black and reboots.
It only happens when It is downloading torrent tho ?!?
Did u manage to find a cure to ur problem? , or anyone ?

This also happened to me but i have not jailbroken my iphone 3gs! I turned up the brightness and started ''Temple Run'' and 2 seconds later the screen started to fade and then the phone restarted!Any ideas anyone?

Try installing SBSettings, respring, to open SBSettings slide finger across Statusbar

Press Power, Safe Mode
Safemode turns ALL hacks off now try it

Does it work correctly in SafeMode?

If so then it is from Cydia

To deactivate Cydia stuff without uninstalling:
First: Scroll your finger along the top again and exit safe mode
Secound: go SBSettings->More->Mobile Substrate Addons
Turn stuff off then exit and if the problem disappears it's one of the however many you turned off, slowly turn them on till you find the problem then turn the problem addon ON then uninstall it from Cydia if you don't turn it on before you uninstall some problems will stick around
