Transferring from one iPhone to another
A friend has asked me to transfer everything from her iPhone to another iPhone. I am not sure if it is a new phone or if the other phone has things on it and she wants to add what is one her phone to the other phone. What would be the most effective way to do this?

What does she want to transfer? All apps and music will be synced back from iTunes - so will contacts provided she syncs them, pics can be copied off and on to the new phone. What else?

I spoke to her, and she wants everything from her daughter's old iPhone transferred onto her new iPhone. I was assuming I just needed to sync with iTunes but wanted to make sure!

It won't transfer texts or settings but is by far the easiest and safest way to do it.
