Does my Iphone have a virus?

First my facebook was hacked, and all of my friends were getting spam.

Now my yahoo mail is spamming all of my contacts.

I have virus protection on my computer and see no problems. Can I run something similar on my phone?

As far as Facebook goes you probally opened up something or viewed something that opened up ya password and all. I would just reset everthing that's passworded to something different and ya should be good.
