Help iPhone Freezes and Resprings

Hey everyone.
I've been on jailbroken iOS 5 for a while now but only recently started having this problem (which is weird because I haven't really changed anything recently.)
My problem is that every once in a while (maybe 2-3 times a day) my phone completely freezes: touch screen doesn't work and the home/power button don't work either). I basically just have to let it sit there frozen until is resprings itself after a few minutes.

What could be causing this and how would I fix it?

Sometime when jailbreak the phone is interrupt somewhere, so my best bet to fix is restore the iphone with itunes and jailbreak again.
