CFBundleIdentifier Database

I hope I have this posted in the appropriate section, but does anyone have any idea what happened to the CFBundleIdentifier Database>?

Obviously with how dependant I/we are on it, maybe I should have taken the two seconds it would have taken to make a copy of it. That being said, does anybody have any copies, or known working links for the database?
