So I just put these files on my iPhone 4, reboot, fix permissions and after that the Siri UI will pop up?
Sure the server side of Siri doesn't work, but the rest works right?
Thank you!

Yeah, got my iPhone pretty much in a loop-hole hahaha.
Nice.
So, is this really supposed to work?
-Maybe it was because I was running the GM version?Last edited by silfer; 10-30-2011 at 11:36 AM.

Yeah, it was kind of stupid answer wasn't it
?
Okay, so the things I did was copy all of the files to the iPhone and overwrote them where needed.
I changed the permissions manually because the script was giving me lots of "no file or directory" errors. (I checked the files and they were present) ..
I already got out of the loop by deleting AssistantServices.framework. But Now I still want that damn Siri GUI activated
Oh, and don't get me wrong, I am not an iPhone noob who has his first jailbreak-experience..
I've been around since installer 1.0 on the iPhone 2G.
I'm going to restore to the public-release and then try again.
Because of the smart-*** I have been not backing stuff up -_-.
Oh, well.Last edited by silfer; 10-30-2011 at 12:18 PM.

Yeah, I know, that's why I was on the GM until now. But on another site they said that you needed the public-release. So I thought maybe there was something with the GM version that was different with how it copes with Siri.
That, and that I also needed to do a restore because I wanted to back up my system files in case something went wrong.

I only got to DL the files from this thread this morning before school, but i am unsure if they are edited, therefor i am going to start with the tutorial, but what i dont get is, these Siri files are 60mb, and the ones from the tutorial are 7,5mb :/ Havnet had time to think it all threw yet, about which method should be tried, but there is a very short Read Me instuctions in the Siri files posted in OP (Original Post)
