Weird icons showing up on Springboard

I was playing around with the Nike+ app trying to calibrate the sensor. Seems it wouldn't work, so I pushed the home home button and saw these new white "apps" on the SB.

I got this too a simple reboot tethered seemed to work for me.

Happens to me every time I install a app. I'm on a 4 tethered with redsnow. A respring with sbsettings fixes this for me.

Yup. Just respring your device an you'll be set.
