I know for my first post this looks bad but i'm looking for some help, i looked through google for about an hour and couldnt find a solution.

Basically when trying to use the iPhone "phone" app it loads a white screen then crashes, it never loads the app fully or anything, if i receive a phone call i can pick up but it won't actually let me see the phone app, it'll just show the green bar asking me to tap to return to call and if i tap it, it wont do it anything....

Any sort of help BESIDES restoring would be great. thanks!
