Iphone 4S problems

my typing noise keeps going loud then soft
Also the lock goes loud 1st then then low the 2nd time.
I dont know to take it back
Or to reinstall the software... NOT HAPPY... feels like a RUSHED product again....
also in a call doesnt seem as loud as my old iphone 4...
also was in a game got a txt then went back to the game and lost the sound for the game....

Its not even half a day old and already... But they are sold out everywhere

how long do you have to return it?

Apple would be glad to give you back all your money within 30 days, if the phone is not physically broken. Or take it in for an exchange, you have a year warranty.
