I was wondering if I upgraded to iOS 5/get my iPhone 4S and jail break it will PDANet be compatible?

I checked iOS 5 Compatible Cydia Apps & Tweaks List and saw nothing saying it specifically, however I saw iPhone modem is that a generic term or an actual name?
