Is anyone else's iCould in settings menu greyed out?

After a fast update (I think I was the only one) of ios5 I set up my phone when prompted and I know I said use iCloud. However when looking in my setting on my phone iCloud is greyed out and can't be selected. Did I do something wrong? Also twitter is greyed out but I don't use twitter so I assume that's why.

I ran update on my Mac just now and I have two updates. I forgot to look at what they were but they were pretty large files. We are supposed to have iCloud in settings menu on Mac but mine was not there. I'm thinking after lion updates I will have the iCloud in my settings and the iCloud icon on my iPhone will become available. I hope.

No luck. But my Mac has iCloud now and its working fine.

I found the problem, under setting > general > restrictions > account make sure the selection of allow changes is selected.
