boot tethered looks liek you rebooted the device use redsn0w or sn0wbreeze

Ive tried spoofing the apple server but still get same error
Can anyone else suggest anything??

Download iPhone explorer and try to locate that app and delete it.

id like to restore to 4.3.1. but cant get itunes to allow install of 4.3.1.. can come one do this for me with remote access. i have been trying for the last 15 hours and cant figure this out.... i dont want to upgrade to 4.3.5 or 5

Use tiny umbrella, and make sure u have the shsh blobs for 4.3.1
