Default Had a break in, need Survailance ADVICE from Techies!!!

Just had a break-in over night at our candle factory.

Thieves stold about $50,000 worth of tools and accesories.

We have a 16 channel D-Lux DVR with cameras but the system actually sucks. The software and interface seems to be DOS based.
Rain and lightining we had a couple days ago busted the hard disk recorder and did not record events.

I´m looking for advice on good 16 channel DVRs with WINDOWS interface and something that can communicate with iOS devices to replace the system.

    Please advise!!!

I work for a company that builds exactly what you're talking about. We build-to-order Windows based DVR's with AverMedia capture cards. The software has full networking capability and your cameras can be accessed with the Aver iViewer app for iPhone/blackberry/android.
