How do I backup my apps, music, contacts, and reminders from my iPhone to my computer so I can just put it all on the new 4S when I get it? My computer was wiped and I think it's asking me to delete everything on the iPhone so i can back up with that computer. How do I do this? Can i bypass having to wipe my phone?

Also p.s. my camera on my iPhone just stopped working randomly. When I open the app the shutter won't open. It doesn't matter, no camera related feature works. Will a restore fix this? I'm sure I don't have water damage.
