I have about a dozen apps that won't stay where I put them!

I go into iTunes, I move my apps to where I want them and then I sync. After the sync, there are some apps that don't stay where I moved them. They go back to where they were or to one of the last 2 screens.

I have a total of 267 apps.
iPhone 3GS
iOS v4.3.3
iTunes 10.1.0.56
Jailbroke with RedSn0w via a Windows XP

Anyone encounter this before or have any suggestions on how to fix it and keep may jailbreak?
