My thoughts are:
wondering why you used "selling 3g ?" as the thread title,
when your question has nothing to do with selling your 3g, but everything to do with
"how do I jailbreak my 3g (while keeping baseband and unlock)"
But from what I can gather, you should be able to JB (and keep everything) using Pwnagetool 3.2 (Mac) or Sn0wbreeze 2.2.1 (PC)

Because I am selling it and want to wipe it. It is already JB and unlocked and works perfect... so i dont want to screw it up now.
When i intalled 4.2.1 FW apple was still signing it, not sure if I can restore with that stock FW, Jailbreak and unlock like I did before???
OK, my title sucks...but the rest of the question is pretty straight forward

Apple IS still signing 4.2.1 for 3g.
Nobody knows how long they'll keep signing.
You haven't told us what platform (Mac or PC) or what software you used before,
so we don't know if the exact same process you used before will still work.
But if you have a Mac use Pwnagetool 3.2
if you have a PC, use Sn0wbreeze 2.2.1
Your old FW image will probably still work with either of these.
If you use a different tool, it may or may not work.
