Back Button Dissappears

Since I jailbroke my iPhone 3GS 4.3.3 whenever I view a photo and the top and bottom bar disappear, I tap the screen to make the bars reappear, which they do, but the back button is gone. Like in the Facebook app or the photos app or any other app that opens photos.

go through the jailbreaking process again perhaps... i had a problem after jailbreaking, so i restored to custom firmware and then simply jailbroke it again but using a different program, although this is just a guess.

I didn't have this problem until 3-4 weeks after I jailbroke, so I don't think that's it.
