I believe the only thing you need to do is exit recovery mode with TU. Search Tiny Umbrella on google and download it and run it. Then click Exit Recovery on the top right after you select your phone in the left pane.
I've read that this only works under a certain firmware (something under 4.3.3 which I have) and it worked for me. It can't hurt to try, though.

Doesn't matter. i ended up going to genius bar and the guy came back with it fully recovered and working fine, i said i dropped it and it actually worked! he said that it could have ajared the accelerometer and there for it corrupted some software.
