I've been trying to to restore my phone to 4.3.3 by using TinyUmbrella. Everything goes well until I get this 1013 error. I've done some research on this, and thought I had it figured out. But I haven't. How exactally do I use FixRecovery4.3, everytime I use it I Get A ERROR: The process "iTunesHelper.exe not found. Can someone please give me a hand or pont me in the right direction. Thanks.

I am a bit surprised to see that error with fix recovery43. It typically means something is wrong with the iTines installation. I don't believe this apples in this case since iTunes performed the restore.
Rather than fixing the iTunesHelper error, I offer an alternative restore option, one which should produce no error. Build a custom firmware with Snowbreeze, continue w/Snowbreeze to enter pwnd-DFU, then shift/select restore custom firmware with iTines. Tiny Umbrella + TSS server are required
No errors are expected.
