no text tone

when i get a text their is no sound but if i go into sound and pick tone it plays . anyone help please . ringtone still work ok

Check and see if it's on silent or if the vibrate switch is on

Same thing happened to me a couple years ago. Restored twice before realizing the switch was in the wrong position. LOL.

If that does not help, it could be a theme you've recently installed or enabled.
