iLock: Recovery Loop Warning - Please help.

I REALLY want to get iLock. But, every time I press "Install", I hesitate because of the boot loop warning. It says to install it only if I know how to delete MobileSubstrate extensions via SSH. So, how do I do this?

Honestly, I recommend avoiding iLock. It's too risky. A lot to learn if it causes problems.

I feel that this problem is not restricted to iLock, so it'd still be nice to know. Thanks anyway for telling me to stay away, probably saved my phone.
