iOS 5.0 Beta 7 (iPhone 4 on H20 Wireless)

Hey what's up guys... I currently have an iPhone 4 with ios 5 beta 7 and have jailbroken my device so I can change the cellular data apn so that my MMS WOULD WORK!! I went thru hell to find the right application which was compatable with beta 7 my question is when beta 8 is out and I backup my phone on iTunes and restore it will my apn still be AT&T.mvno until I reset network settings
