If you can access your data from your old computer, you can copy across your iTunes folder and your iPhone backups. Authorize your new computer with your iTunes account and you should be able to sync as before. If you can't access your previous data (I assume you don't have a backup) you can authorized your new computer, right-click the iPhone once connected and choose Transfer Purchases. That will copy purchased content (music, apps, movies, etc) you your new iTunes. You have to be careful how you sync as you could erase your contacts and all of that. Maybe install an app that will allow you to back the contacts up.

You best bet is if you can access you old hard drive and get your info. And backup in future!
Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!

Besides what mentioned above, i like to share you a article about How to transfer or sync iPhone to new computer, which included transferring iPhone contents to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!
There is one problem with deauthorizing a single computer. It must be deauthorized from the computer itself. If you cannot access the computer and you have used up all five of your authorizations, you must deauthorize all computers from within iTunes. You then have to go to each computer to reauthorize iTunes on that computer.

Default Sync iPhone 4 to a new computer

An iphone can sync to only one library at a time. You can change which library that is at any time. It's not like if you sync with one computer, you can never sync with any other computer.

You do the sync the same way you did it the first time. Except this time, make sure you transfer all your apps, music, photos, etc before doing the sync.
