Theme wallpapers not being applied to Homescreen and Lockscreen

I am running a jailbroken (jailbreakme/iOS 4.3.3) phone, and have Cydia and LockInfo installed. Now whenever I install any HD theme (glasklart for eg.), my homescreen and lockscreen wallpapers do not change - no matter what I do in Winterboard (switch on/off SpringBoard mode, uncheck User Wallpaper, etc.). As of now I have the glasklart battery checked, but the while charging I get to see the standard green/black battery. The last theme that correctly worked was Buffy, since then nothing seems to work.

I have tried googling, but in vain. Any clues to what might be broken and/or how to fix are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try going through ifile to see what's in the theme folders?..

I'm downloading the theme right now and I'll check it out for ya.

So Are you able to set a background still?
