    Default Phone app missing! HELP!!!

This morning I discovered that my 'Phone' app was missing from my device... I tried to re-spring the device and re-booted it, but the app for my Phone still hasn't shown up. I even searched for it, and it's not in any other folders or anything.

    Details: Verizon iPhone 4, Version 4.2.10 I used a tethered Jailbreak [RedSn0w]

    Pleaseeee help!!!

Uninstall any recent Cydia apps or tweaks, reboot and try again.

I had this happen on my 3G when I used a winterboard tweak to make the dock on 4.2.1 appear like the old solid dock as soon as I deselected it and respiring springboard it reappeared
