Push Notifications Not Working iPhone 4 4.3.3
Hi, I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 with AT&T and none of my push notifications are working
I have tried restoring and jailbreaking again but still have the same problem. I've tried push doctor and SAM with no results... Any suggestions?

Did you make sure to activate the phone with your SIM first before jailbreaking?

Your iPhone should have already Push Notifications after activating with iTunes.
Go download 'iPusher' from the App Store and If It says "YAY! Push Notifications work fine!" then your Push Notifications work. And to make sure It works, try testing It on a Application that heavily relies on Push Notifications.
