open cydia and getting error's involving http://cydia.winterborader.com/

for some reason when ever i open cydia and while it loads i am getting error's involving http://cydia.winterborader.com/ i don't know why i retried to reinstall everything i could here is a pic of my screen

My Hard/Software:
- iPhone 4 16g
- IOS 4.3.1
- Jailbreaked with i think it was redsnow cant remember

Go download a Cydia deb file version 1.1.1 and put it in Cydia\Autoinstall directory and reboots. If this doesn't solve your problem, restore and rejailbreak again if you have the required shsh blob.
