Can't sync iPhone 4 with iTunes
Hey guys,
Tried to search and google first. Couldn't find anything unfortunately. I hate asking for help, but here I go.
Here is my problem:
My computer recognizes my iPhone and comes up on My Computer but doesn't show up on iTunes. I was able to sync it before.
Here is what I have tried already:
-Updating iTunes
-logging into a new user and installing iTunes and seeing if iTunes would recognize my device after
-reinstalled / deleted Apple Mobile Device from Device Manager
-Disabled my Antivirus
-restarted my computer and iPhone
I am using:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
iTunes 10.4.0.80
iPhone 4 (4.1 02.10.04)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try a different computer to see if ts a problem with the phone itself.

It shows up on another computer. So it is just my computer that can't detect it on iTunes. I was able to sync a while back then suddenly it stopped working.
I tried unplugging all the USBs to see if any was interfering with the iPhone USB but it failed to work as well.

Yes I did! Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it did nothing.
Tried with two of mine and borrowed a friend's. Still doesn't work. I am desperately trying not to redo my entire library again. Thank you for your suggestion.
Is there a way to import a library from iTunes to another iTunes on another computer if I must go this far? If I do this, I guess I have to reinstall all my apps too.

It's quite easy to do, there are guides on the net.

Actually it's easy u just need like 4 files in your music folder next to iTunes I believe one of them is called my playlists.xxx and your music to
Just copy that folder to a computer that has iTunes installed but NOT opened then open iTunes from the file menu tell it to add the music folder to it's library, keep an extra copy of the my playlist.xxx and other files like it as they might be over written, close iTunes recopy the my playlist.xxx items not iTunes songs over and then open iTunes and you should be good to go
Let us know how that works out
