Audio SMS Themes not showing up in Sounds/Text Tones (even after Respring).

I downloaded some audio themes for SMS notifications.
I went into Winterboard and checked one, then did a respring.
I then went to Settings, Sounds and Text Tone...but the new sound isn't located there.
I then went back to Winterboard and selected a lot of SMS audio themes.
Did a respring.
Went to Settings, Sounds and Text Tone...and NONE of them were there.

What is going on?

most likely they outdated and no longer supported
