Battery percentage frozen

Hi, i have a problem with my battery. My percentage stays the same all the time, my phone does charge but it doesnt look like it. When i respring my phone the percentage "updates" and in safe mode it works fine. Now for instance my phone says 9% and charging, but it must be something like 98% and not charging. Is there a cydia package I should delete or a mobile substrate addon i should disable or something? Please help!

It's something u installed. What did u install before it stopped working?
