IP3G Randomly shuts off and sometimes enters recovery mode.???

Hi folks,
I have an IP3G that randomly shuts off sometimes, I will just put it down for a few hours, go back and it will be shut off, I cannot just simply press the power button because it wont turn back on like that, I have to hold both power and home for sometimes a very long time. Often it will result in the phone being in recovery mode and so i just use tiny umbrella to kick it out of recovery.
The phone is on bb 6.15 fw 4.2.1 and is unlocked via ultrasn0w. Im wondering if there is anyway to fix this issue or if it could be hardware related? I have restored back to 4.2.1 a couple times but the problem still seems to persist.
any suggestions???

Could be any of the tweaks you may have maybe with updates of them they are clashing with another tweak but if it keeps happening I would say it most likely is a hardware issue.
