iPhone4 receiving SMS time stamp

Hey im jailbroken 4.3.3 and unlocked but the only problem is is the SMS time stamp when i receive text messages.
its about 4 hours behind from where i am (Eastern)
how do i fix this ?
I tried all the swithcing timezones etc. but that messes up my email and call log times.
anyone know a fix for this?

I also have this issue on my iphone4 on iOS 5.0.1.
