Backup apps?

Hi everyone,

I've always used the Sync function on previous iPods but i never used Sync for my iPod Touch (I guess I was just too eager to use it, ha). Now, I find it very difficult to manage all my music, videos, etc without syncing.

I understand that syncing now will basically wipe everything off my iPod. I have already copied my music from iPod to PC.

Now, is there some way for me to backup my apps so I don't have to go to ********** and reinstall 90 apps? I downloaded AppBackup from Cydia, will that do?
