Lost iOS apps

Hi I just lost all the standard iOS apps such as phone and messages off my device is this a jailbreak flaw or has someone ssh into the phone and hacked me and removed them this has happened on a few jailbreaks on different firmwares and is there a way of checking through ssh if my phone and files were removed and has anyone else lost the standard apple iOS apps after the jailbreak and is there a way of getting the apps restored so I don't have to restore the phone and rejailbreak

The only way is to restore and rejailbreak.

Save you shsh blobs with tiny umbrella and downgrade and rejailbreak.
