iphone lockscreen won't dim automatically

I know this has been talked about before and the source of the problem is usually 6,7, or 8 icon dock or Supreme Preferences but I have neither and my lockscreen won't dim automatically. When I get a notification at night my display stays on all night and drains my battery.

I think the cause might be FlashCam from Cydia as it started happening shortly after I installed it. I tried uninstalling it but it didn't fix my problem. I also have lockinfo but that hasn't ever caused me problems and I've had it for months. Anyone know how to fix the problem?

I have an iPhone 4 on FW 4.1

do you have NoLock cydia tweak installed?

that is the only reason.
