iOS 5 beta 5 Major Issues

-Texting no longer works
-Music and Videos no longer work
-iTunes keeps detecting my iPhone as a new phone

I had none of these problems with iOS 5 beta 4. Is there a way to downgrade back down to beta 4.
And if not, then is there anything I can do to fix my phone?

Nope. Because it's an unofficial beta. Ur screwed. U need to restore.

Easiest way is to restore to 4.x and then update to 5-b4
