How to transfer itunes to my new computer?

I bought a new laptop and want to transfer itunes to it(I have my whole phone backed up on it).

Not sure if it matters but just incase I have a 3gs jailbroken running 4.2.1

Download itunes from here: Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes Now

Next authorize your laptop. Go to Store in itunes and select authorize this computer, done.

I did this last year but forgot the steps 100%. Download iTunes on the new computer and enable home sharing on the old one. Assuming you gave wifi it should allow you to transfer your library over the network. It takes a while, but very easy.
