Hi there,just wondering what firmware is the best to go to?i have i4 and has 4.1,i did try to upgrade to 4.2.1 a few weeks ago but it didn't like it,so i took it back to 4.1.I used the latest tinyumbrella with the fix in it,but the program crashed and said there was a dll file missing,i downloaded it a few times to make sure it was complete but still had this problem,shld i skip to a higher firmware?

@grubby30. You need to get Tiny Umbrella working before doing anything else. The missing .dll file is available on the web. Google it and install.

Everything starts ...after... Tiny Umbrella has saved your SHSH blobs.

Thanks Mes,ill start there,Not retarded Xtacy but rude,You jump to a conclusions but msvcr80.dll is what i needed, but it still crashes the program...I think maybe you shld at least give people that don't know as much as you a lil understanding instead of trying to put them down,Don't get me wrong i'm grateful for your input and help..but try not to come across like your a knob..

Tiny Umbrella problems are caused by your computer.
Computer problems are numerous making them difficult to diagnose.
A frequent problem is a virus. Others are old software versions.

What exactly does Tiny Umbrella do? Any error messages or anything else?

And yeah zlib1.dll is most common tu dll error ppl seem to face....Hence I posted "guess"

Btw ur error is a Microsoft c runtime library error.... Hope u don find that rude ;-/
