Iphone 3gs will not turn on unless its plugged in to the wall chager

sup my friend dropped her phone now it will not turn on unless it's plugged into the wall charger is the battery done ? what can I try ? thanks!

Sounds like a loose (or broken) battery connection. Take it in for repair.

ill do it myself I tried every rest method u can do... ill pull it apart thanx for the fast reply!

Be careful ...... especially then 1st opening / lifting the screen. That's where many cause additional problems and break another cable / connector.

yeah I done several screen/lcd replacements never went past that tho
