New Contact Auto Picture

I've been here a long time so please talk technical

I'm at 490 contacts
Everytime I add a new contact I get a random picture for the contact that I have to delete everytime

The pictures are somehow coming from other contacts in my iPhone 4
4.3.3

I am using Cyntact which places pols faces next to there name in phone view without clicking on the contact, I've never had problems till I hit about 480 contacts

Anyone else have this issue? What could be causing it?

The issue is with Cyntact problem solved but I like this addon at the same time so I guess I'll deal with it
