Extremely weird water damage problem?!
So I got my phone a little wet and the only thing that is wrong with it is that it thinks it has headphones it. Obviously I got some water in the headphone jack but how do I fix it? All the sounds work when I actually plug headphones in but when I take them out there is no sound, and when I hit the volume rocker it says "(Headphones)"
Help??

Fix it? You don't... the water created a short circuit inside the electronics of the phone. You're outta luck.

Poseidon you almost made me lose, but I decided to play with it a little. I got a needle and stuck it in the headphone jack and you wouldn't believe the lint that came out! I think the water clogged it up or something.. And then I got a blow dryer and put it on a low setting and did that for about 30 second and turned it on. Now it works!

That'll work lol. Honestly though you should probably never use a blow dryer unless it's on cool not heat, bc the heat even on low can cause parts to melt. Luckily you didn't damage it more
