Jailbroken Iphone, Need Help!!

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 version 4.3.3 and everytime i check my email i receive a text of that email but in that text it has some very long and random lettering including smilies! This happens everytime i open a email and when i close that text my emails won't load. This hasn't happened before!

Did you try googling it ?
Maybe a restore will help .don't update or u will loose ur jailbreak.

Yes I tried googling it and nothing came up. And now it seems that I can't even send texts from google voice.
And no I didn't update

Ok Thanks but How do I restore it? I tried it through iTunes but it will also update it to 4.3.5 and I have looked into it and I will not be able to Jailbreak it once I updated to that firmware. And when I tried to restore it to 4.3.3 it gives me an error

See Cydia if it has numbers on top in green. Or use tiny umbrella to save shsh . If you have em in Cydia it will fetch em for u. If no u r outta luck.

Yes I have them in cydia, so how do I properly restore it now?
