Device Not Eligible For Build/ Something in my Host File Is Not Right?

Before you assume I'm using the wrong firmware that is not it. I can plug up any device to my itunes and attempt an older firmware or straight from Itunes restore and it will return this error. I've tried it with Iphone 4, 3gs, 3g and Ipod touch. I deleted Tiny Umbrella and it still does it. I reinstalled an updated Tiny umbrella and it still does it. I'm on a Mac by the way. Thanks guys.

Are you trying to restore to a custom firmware?

Open tiny umbrella and in advance options uncheck the box to point to cydia on exit. Run tss server. Place device in dfu mode. Open itunes and shift/restore to custom fw again. If you happen to get a 1015 error use fix recovery.

Not trying to restore to custom but that box is already unchecked as it is. Thank you for trying to help none the less
