iPhone to iPhone Webcam... Possible?

If there is anyone out there that knows how to do the following, please, let me know.

I am trying to use an iPhone as a webcam and VIEW that webcam stream on
a different iPhone from anywhere I want to. Is this possible?

I am using 2 jailbroken iPhone 3Gs and a PC. I know there is PocketCam to use as my
webcam but how do I view this stream on another iPhone?

This has to be possible.

iPhone 4 has it. I think it's called FaceTime

I know you can use you iPhone as a webcam and view it on your computer. i just want to broadcast on one phone and view anytime on another.

Yeah there is but I can't remember what it is called.

I had it on my 3GS and never bothered messing with it again since I got my 4.

You have to install some software on the computer and the iPhone.

I think there is one out there that's called iWebcamera. There are probably other ones too but i just came accross this one a while back.
