Default iPhone 4 will not Sync with iTunes

I have an "iPhone 3gs" it syncs fine. I just got "2 iPhone 4". I have Windows OS. Windows detects it says "Apple iPhone Camera connected". iTunes does not recognize my iPhone 4 at all. I went to Apple store and they transfered my tel #'s. I thought it was a software issue, so I went to settings/ general/ reset/ Erase All Content and Settings. It basically formats the iPhone. Now I have the picture of a USB cable followed by an arrow pointing to the iTunes logo. Which is suppose to sync when connected to a pc, but iTunes is not detecting my "2 iPhone 4". iTunes is not detecting both iPhone 4 phones. I tried different USB ports and cables and nothing. I even put it in DFU mode and nothing. Can someone please be of assistance. I thank you in advance if you can help me out.

Because your computer is not detecting two (2) phones, it's likely a computer or software issue. Reinstall iTunes and see what happens.

I agree this seems to be down to the computer and not the phone!
