Little help figuring this out before i restore....? Please...

I have a feeling i will need a restore, but figured I would throw this out there first. I was in an app yesterday (don't remember which one) and the phone froze and rebooted. When it came up it was stuck on the boot logo (greenpois0n). And there it sat no matter what I did.
I read a bit on Google and some suggested running the jailbreak again. So i did. The phone booted up fine! thought all was well until i tried to open apps. Seems like any apps i open the were installed with Cydia will launch, freeze and the phone reboots. Actually even Safari does it. I thought it wouldn't be an issue running the jailbreak again. Guess i was wrong. Even tried removing/reinstalling Cydia. Didn't help. Am i right to assume I'm looking at a restore?

What device is it? firmware you are on? baseband? Do you have shsh blobs saved on tiny umbrella or cydia??

He said greenpois0n logo so it's 4.2.1..
Try running tiny umbrella ones .
Tell us if it shows blobs saved.

Sorry i forgot to mention but yes iphone 4 4.2.1 do have blobs saved from 4.2.1 on
