Why no Personal Hotspot???
Just updated my iP4 to 4.3.3 but i havent got the personal hotspot any idea why?

This setting will only appear if your carrier supports personal hotspot. Which carrier do you have??

Ive also got no option for facetime either??? Im on vodafone they do support it ive got exactly the same as my wife whos phone i have beside me... Also in settings/general/about the carrier is Not Available could that be why? Will it update itself?

Try resetting the network settings. Aftwards go into settings/general/network/personal hotspot and try activating from there.
