It safe mode

I have jailbroke my iPhone 3GS and working perfectly fine, but all of a sudden it now says it safe mode at the top of the screen were the date and time should be Amy help

Tap on Exit Safe Mode and exit.

You just need to respring or exit out of safe mode.

Safe mode is common when then springboard has crashed.

You will get a dialog .there is a restart option there. Tap on it

safe mode happens when a plug in for mobile substrate crashes or causes and issue, not the springboard crashing. MobileSubstrate goes into Safe Mode to prevent any problems.
