Help with Activator ... Home Button Problems

My iPhone 4 was water damaged and now the home button seems to press randomly when the phone is on the lock screen. I'm assuming this is hardware, so my plan was to set the home button to do nothing at the lock screen via activator, but there is no such option (unassigned just defaults to the normal action). Any help would be much appreciated (maybe there is a simple way to fix this?).

Why don't you take the phone apart and check out what the problem is with the Home Button. Maybe try replacing the button all together?
